lifewithaudhd was created by Pat Carrillo as an exploration of neurodivergent identity, self-expression, and the many ways we experience and understand the world.

My art is a space where I can translate thoughts, emotions, memories, and everyday experiences into something tangible. Through watercolor and mixed media, I explore identity, connection, reflection, and the beauty found in seeing the world differently.

As a neurodivergent artist, I create from my own perspective and experiences, while leaving room for each piece to mean something different to the person who connects with it. Some of my work is created spontaneously, while other pieces are inspired by places I've visited, personal experiences, or words and affirmations that carry meaning.

lifewithaudhd is more than a shop it is an evolving creative practice and a celebration of individuality, authenticity, and being unapologetically yourself.
